President Obama spends twice as much as Romney last month
Obama just won't give up will he. Last September, President Barack Obama went through around 116 million dollars, about half as much as Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney spent last month. Obama has continued to press against his competitor. He has spent near $300 million just for television ads. Romney, on the other hand has accumulated about $166 million in ads so far in this election. Obama and Romney both saw large income of support. Obama, the DNC and two joint committees pulled in $181 million. Romney and his committees on the other hand brought in about $170 million.

Biden, Ryan and Libya
Paul Ryan looked calm, he did not show any outward signs of nervousness. Biden, on the other hand, just couldn't stop laughing and interrupting. Ryan attacked Obama saying that the Libya Attack and Obama's response to it as "Becoming more troubled by the day," and "Indicitive of a broader problem...the unraveling of the Obama foreign policy." Biden protected the Obama administration by saying that "We will get to the bottom of it." Ryan continued to be aggressive in criticizing the Administration for their first accounts of the Libya attacks.

Forget about TWO minutes
Jim Lehrer sure had a hard time Wednesday night. Both contenders seemed to just run him over when his mouth opened. He would strain to tell the candidates when their time was up, but they just kept on talking. They ran him over. At one point, Lehrer interrupted Obama and Obama replied by saying, "I had 5 seconds before you interrupted me." And he kept on talking. I just thought it was interesting how much both Romney and Obama kept talking even after their time was up and after the moderator had already started talking to change subjects.
