Hugo Chavez Dies

Venezuela's leader Hugo Chavez died Tuesday from unspecified cancer.  He was Latin America's most influential, charismatic and controversial leaders.  He died just a few months after winning the fourth presidential election that would have kept him in office until the year 2019.
