Bluffing with guns

"I DARE you to attack us."  That is basically what Hamas has been saying to Israel.  The leader of Hamas called the mobilization of Israeli Infantry on the border with Gaza a big bluff.  Hamas leader Meshal said, "If you wanted to launch it, you would have done it."  This sounds like taunting to me.  The death toll in Gaza is still low.  But will probably be climbing in the following days.
