Russia accuses US Diplomat of being a spy

The Russian authorities detained an American diplomat for being accused of of being a CIA agent.  Ryan Fogle, the third secretary of the American Embassy in Moscow, was held overnight before being given to the US authorities.  The Russian agency claimed that Fogle was trying to recruit a Russian couterterrorism agent in the caucasus area.  The same caucus where Boston Marathon bombers were from.  The FSB released a video of Fogle disguised in a blond wig and cap.  Meanwhile, the US and Russia both are cooperating on the investigation of the Boston bombings.
